Currency accepted; USD or PHP and paid through PayPal, method must be one of the following: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion or 100% upfront before the sketching stage.

Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to take on your commission or I have sent you an invoice to your email.

Time:

The length of the commissioned piece can vary from 7 days to a month, depending on factors such as, and not limited to; the complexity of the commissioned piece, or an emergency has occurred.

If there is a possibility that I am unable to work on your commission within the initial deadline, you will be notified.

Revisions:

Unlimited changes can be done during the sketching and clean-up stages.

Once I begin finalizing the piece and you wish to change something, an extra fee will be added. Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want to be done.

Delivery:

Once the piece is finished and you have paid the 100% of the payment. You will be sent the full-resolution image with no watermark.

These are digital products, not physical products. If you wish to print the artwork (stickers, cards, wall design, etc.) for personal use, feel free to do so!

I, CarlieJun, reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I, CarlieJun, reserve the right to keep or re-use any rejected sketches for personal or future commissions.

I, CarlieJun, retain all copyrights over the commissioned work only. (Unless Commercial Use is discussed).

I, CarlieJun, do NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) in the commissioned work.

I, CarlieJun, will NOT profit further from the commissioned work unless the client has broken any of the terms.

I, CarlieJun, reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my socials (using the watermarked one) and in my portfolio and self-promotion.

You, the client, may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

You, the client, may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, making prints, etc.). Unless commercial use is discussed with me (the artist).

You, the client, may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent

You, the client, MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me (the artist) prior to paying for the artwork.

You, the client, retain the rights to the Intellectual property (IP)
